Preparing for Your First Visit
I accept insurance and bill companies directly as well as provide care on an out-of-network and cash pay basis.
I am in-network with many employer sponsored plans from these insurers:
- Premera/Blue Cross/Lifewise
- Regence/Blue Shield/Bridgespan
- First Choice Health Network/Moda/Kaiser PPO (only)
*Please call your insurer before our first visit to ensure I am in network with your specific plan.
** For other insurance carriers not listed above, I am considered “out-of-network.” This means that clients will have to pay for services “out-of-pocket”. I can submit the claims to your insurance in most cases for any out-of-network reimbursement available with your particular insurance plan.
During our initial visit, I will start to get to know you and try to understand what you are seeking so we can make sure we are a good fit for working together. I will ask questions about your history including physical and mental health, past treatment, relationships, etc and listen to you. We may need more than one session to complete the initial assessment. At the end of the initial appointment, we will begin to collaboratively create a treatment plan for our work together. If you need to cancel the appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. I may not be able to reschedule our intake appointment if less than 24 hours advanced notice is given for the missed appointment.
